Tutor registration
Access to the servops.net resources is permitted only to instructors who are:
a) using or considering using: Service Operations Management, by Robert Johnston, Michael Shulver, Nigel Slack and Graham Clark - Pearson Education, 2020, and;
b) currently teaching at educational institutions.
Unless the authors know you already, we will process your access request looking at the website of the applicable institution to verify the your status as an instructor. If we cannot find you easily, we cannot give you access to the site. We have not got time to call institutions. This verification process could take a week or two, especially at busy times like the start of term / semester. Please be patient. We take security seriously! The more comprehensive you are in completing this form, the more quickly the verification process will proceed. If we cannot verify that you are a genuine tutor we will not give you access.
If you are a student attempting to gain access to these resources, your request will be shared with your school during the verification process and, upon discovery, you may be subject to the disciplinary processes and full range of sanctions provided by your institution's academic honesty policies.
